OneDayDeal Are ********** and *********!!!

I bought a watch from this pathetic online store on the 07/11/2022 and I logged a return on the 14/11/2022 and sent the pictures as requested and the watch was collected. After 42 email going back and forth and being told they are waiting for the supplier even though I bought the watch from them. I still haven't received my refund today is 18/01/2023 and every time I have to email asking for feedback and nothing. They are ********* and **********. After 2 months I still don't have my money back!! No customer or sense of integrity as long as they continue selling!! This is the worst experience hence I will not be buying from them I will stick to the known online services.
