Very poor service delivery.Order #*** - Partially Dispatched

When the parcel arrived only one item was shipped. Oneday Only had ample time to communicate regarding the outstanding items, they should have requested banking details immediately to refund me, once they were aware that they can't deliver according to the Paid Order from Me. I had no choice but to return the parcel due to suspect conduct, I feel that Oneday Only should have attempted to communicate their inability to deliver all the paid-for items and oneday Only should have requested My Banking Details.
