One two many months dated order unresolved

I placed an order in Jan 2025, it was delivered timeously. Only it was incomplete, I raised the issue with One day Only via their platform. Which is a little frustrating as you at the mercy of hopefully a competent and quick aid on the other end asthere is way to call them. After several emails one which I shared with same consultant that the same special was ran over the weekend, yet I'm told they cannot procure the missing item on my order due to supplier stating they are out of stock. Yet a week later the same promotion is enlisted, same brand price etc, and I'm told that it's a different supplier, and option is to refund me an amount I'm not sure where it's thumb sucked, as I cannot afford to but the short item with the refund. As I write this I am still waiting on a response. Sometimes it's painful and a rad exhausting to have to fight for what's right, but here I am waiting still going for a month since order date and no resolve.
