One order only............ never again.

I needed to return an item. The item took almost three weeks to be delivered while I was away on holiday. I was told that I had seven days from delivery. I was only able to collect the item after I came back from holiday. How is it possible to be given ample time to collect the product but returns are calculated from when it was delivered?

This is a very poor and rigid policy. No business from me ever again from this faceless company with no contact number.
