One Day Only's communication s****s are shocking

I have been ordering from one day only for years, i give them plenty support and have always been happy. BUT one of my recent orders about 2 months ago i ordered 3 items one being a case of wine as the ban had been lifted. The case of wine has still not been delivered and i have tried to contact them via their website 3 times and no one has come back to me. After all the support i have given them i am really disappointed by their lack of communication and the fact that they have no contact number for me to get hold of them and see what is up. On their tracking system online it says the case was delivered but it never was and now the alcohol ban is on again but this shouldn't be my issue as it was their responsibility to deliver it within their timelines.
