Recently bought a Rizzen portable power station and after a months use the device stopped working. Unit was bought to run small appliances during load shedding. With the current load shedding every day this is Money wasted.

Device was sold with a 12 month warranty which is a joke as you can't get a hold of anyone from OneDayOnly.

Been over a week and only automated responses from chat bots etc. You can't talk to anyone if you have a query only email and chat bot. R10K wasted to a company that doesnt care about afters sales and customer retention.

Save yourself the headache and buy from Game or Makro where customer is king 👑.
