One Day Only we might deliver, is this *****?

Bought 4 cases of CBC beer on 22 May 2020, for the amount of R1,321.00 Order # ***. Only one case was delivered over two weeks ago. Currently this stands to be the most expensive case of CBC Lager bought in South Africa during lock down as there seems to be no intention to deliver the balance as I have had no response to the may request sent via email, or maybe it will be delivered One Day? Also order 6 cases of wine, on the 13th of May, and have only recived 5 cases out of the 6 on the 17th of June. I get generic responses from the system, and no one contacting me to provide any feed back. There is no other way to contact them. Judging on similar complaints, they seem to be doing this to a lot of customers. This is ***** and they need to be stopped.
