One day Only Warrentee farce

Bought Samsung CCTV set through them,DVR Broke within 7 months Took them over a month to give me some kind of a reasonable response - First tried the product out of warrentee pitch then telling me the device has been tampered with and all this from a photo which they asked me to send them of the faulty device.
