ONE DAY ONLY USELESS AND SLOW

Placed an order on 5 December 2018, waited for over 2 weeks for delivery status update. After that i decided to send an address change for my parcel to be delivered to my home address instead of Pargo collection point. They responded on 18 Dec 2018 telling me address was successfully changed. Today 28 Dec 2018 i get notification that it has just been delivered to the Pargo collection point i requested to be changed and i was told was changed. Not very happy about this service from One Day Only. Firstly they are very slow in delivering and secondly they tell customers lies.
