One Day Only USELESS AF.

I placed an order on the 4th of June. Today is the 16th of July and I still have not received my order. I sent an email regarding my parcel and was told that it would be delivered between the 10th and 12th of July. Still no delivery received. They say it usually takes 5-10 working days. This is unacceptable service. It can't possibly take this long. I am really annoyed by the lack of service.
