ONE DAY ONLY STOLE MY MONEY

One Day Only have ****** my money and there is no way to contact them. I bought a R1500 Ukuele guitar for my niece in May and it arrived with parts missing. After a month of automated responses finally I was contacted to say they’ll check with the warehouse, weeks later they said that’s how they received it and they’ll collect it and swap it out. They collected it and now it’s 2 months later and they are unreachable and they have the item and my money. No response from them at all.
