<p>It took them a month to deliver the item, and then it was the wrong product. It takes super long for them to respond and when they finally responded they said they can't source the product that I've originally ordered. Which was a LIE because I phoned the suppliers and they had 200 of the product in stock. I then went to buy the product directly from the suppliers. I phoned the manager and asked her for an immediate refund the same day. 2 weeks later they still haven't refunded me, but they did collect the wrong item. Utterly pathetic customer service, and the fact that they are so ***ardly to not have any phone numbers on their site is unacceptable. What makes matters worse is that they only have an email but no response from that either and if it comes its a week later. </p>
