One day Only- Stay away!

I have given them the benefit of the doubt, no more. Bought an Apple IPhone, received it in an unmarked box wrapped in cling wrap. Phone didn’t charge and I logged a return. Once returned they informed Me that they cannot refund me since item not returned in original box? Huh?? I was never refunded and phone lies in a drawer in my office R5000 down the toilet! Currently waiting, week THREE for their couriers to uplift a sneaker return. They are useless!!!! I have delisted their app, Done with them! Stick to takealot
