ONE DAY ONLY ( SHOCKING SERVICE )

I had placed an order on the 29th of November For one item. Till this day I have laid 7 complaints and received nothing but Generic mails saying please be patient. It is now the 17th of December and still no tracking numbers nothing. The service is pathetic.
