One day only- shocking customer service.

Shocking customer service. I received the wrong order from one day only months ago and you can’t get hold of anyone to sort it out. They send you an automated email telling you they have a high volume of issues to deal with so they apologize if they don’t get back to you immediately. Well don’t expect anything to get done. I won’t ever be buying anything from them again.
