One day only returns

I had previously never really had any issue with one day only. On numerous occasions I had bought a few things. However, it was for the first time a few weeks ago that I had to return something. The experience was wholly unpleasant. If I had not followed up numerous times I would not have know the return arrived. And still after returning the product I have not any word about my refund other than the generic when I take the initiative to follow up and then still receiving the generic, "thank you your comment has been received. Your refund is in progress." or something to that effect

LESSON: DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM ONE DAY ONLY U MAY NEED TO RETURN E.G SHOES, CLOTHES ETC

A bit dissapointed with them
