One day only - poor deliverance and orders

I ordered weeks ago, and still waiting for my complete order. They didn't have the stock they ADVERTISED and then i said it would be fine for another colour, but now i still await the rest f my order and the colour i received DID NOT match what was advertised.

First time i have ordered and will probably never order again due to the poor deliverance.

I want to know when this will be sorted out!!
