One Day Only- Pathetic overall service.

I placed an order on the 9th of December. It is now 15 days later and I have still not received it. As much as One Day Only has good deals, getting my orders to me has alway been the worst! I honestly will never place an order again on this platform as they never keep to their delivery times and there is always an excuse about why the deliver is delayed. One Day Only should seriously partner with couriers that uphold their standards. This level of service has been awful and has truly led me to never wanting to order anything on this platform again! I am extremely disappointed and upset about the horrid experience overall in receiving my order. The worst part is that trying to get a hold of any customer service personnel is merely impossible and there’s just no way to receive any help.
