One Day Only Pathetic Customer service

Most pathetic service ever. I ordered 3 golf shirts and paid in full. A little later I wanted to add on another shirt to my order so requested this so as not to pay extra delivery fee. Sent me an email which said I hav to pay within 30 mins. I did not see my emaisl in that time period. Received notification that my order is being dispatched so I just assumed that the extra shirt will not be delivered as it wasn't paid for. After 10 days I emailed them to ask about my order and received reply that it's on its way. After almost 20 days I again emailed to enquire and then received a reply to say that because I didn't pay for the extra shirt in that time frame, my entire order (including the 1 I had alredy paid for) was cancelled! I was livid and sent e mail back but no response until today. Pathetic pathetic pathetic
