One Day Only (Online Shop) Extremely Poor Service

OneDayOnly (Online shop) is absolutely pathetic. I have been waiting for more than 6 weeks for my parcel with no feedback/update from the supplier. When I contacted them via email, they told me that my stock would arrive within the following week. That week has come and gone but still no parcel. I followed up again to find that my parcel was lost in transit. No I have been battling to get my money refunded. I am absolutely appalled at the lack of service and professionalism. Excuse after excuse. Would not recommend this to anyone.
