One day only not replying on emails

<p>I have two orders still outstanding and i have sent 2 emails already without any reply. The orders are in a dispatched status and it is highly frustrating to not be able to call them! I hope there is someone out there that can provide an idea regarding a resolution to this as I have paid for these product in full, without receiving it! </p>
