One Day Only make it very difficult to return a defective purchased product despite their customer friendly facade. Their demands for photographs and explanations are followed by still more demands in an attempt to make it not worthwhile to pursue and then they offered me a small partial credit to abandon my return attempt. I will never buy from this vendor again, there are many genuinely customer friendly efficient online vendors to choose which are superior.
