One day Only is PATHETIC

11 working days later and no product, paid in full but yet no product. Saddest part the product ordered was a gift and is now late . Highly upset with One day only and will not recommend or order from your company again. You guys are pathetic to be honest. BE CAREFUL AND DONT ORDERED FROM THEM THEY SAY THERE IS 10 Working days for delivery and its 11 days overdue already.
