One Day Only , don't buy from them

Don't buy from One Day Only. I bought a hanging chair from them which arrived damaged and incomplete and am having a problem trying to get it replaced. When I initially let them know about the problem they said that they would contact the supplier and then nothing. I have sent numerous emails without getting any further response and tried phoning but nobody answers the phone.
