One Day Only

On the 14 April 2022,i placed an order with One Day Only, order nr ***,for a set of Ther A Pedix, charcoal memory foam pillows. After 3 weeks of not having received the parcel, I contacted One Day Only to inform them and asked them please to follow up. I got an email back according to their records the parcel had been delivered to the requested address. After informing them that I had not received the parcel and so many emails backwards and forwards the issue has still not been resolved. I have asked for a telephone number so I can speak to someone, which has been ignored. I really don't know what more to do and am hoping Hello Peter will be able to help with a way forward.
