One Day Only customer service is very disappointing

Hi. I recently bought an Epson Printer from One Day Only..last weekend the printer stopped working. I emailed them to let them know because it should be still under guarantee, they emailed back saying they'll follow it up and get back to me..only after I sent them another email this week they came back to me saying that I should contact Epson myself so that I can be on a snag list (whatever that is)...the number they provided doesn't go through.. very disappointed with their service
