One Day Only - Communication and returns

I bought a lounge suite from ODO in November 2022. The furniture were only delivered in January 2023. The couches look nothing like the pictures. The quality is terrible. The workmanship is poor. I cannot even sit on the couches as the pillows are over stuffed. The pillows are also not aligned with the actual seats. I have sent several emails to ODO and tried their whattsap messaging system. The only response I had received was that they are communicating with the Supplier. There is no number that I may call them on. It is utterly pathetic that no feedback is being provided.
