One day only cant have account if another family member has account

I will never use one day only again, such a disappointment. Because my dad has account with one day only , my order got blocked and cancelled.

There is no customer support, doesn't matter if try explain 2 separate accounts, get same default reply that there's nothing they can do about it.

Not even phone number to call to get more help, speak to person on CRM help desk system.
