ONE DAY ONLY BS

black Friday deals - turned into a nightmare. I ordered several items. 27/11 on 02/12 I received an email advising that one item was not in stock - so why did the site allow me to place the order. The only other option was some cheap alternate. which I did not want - I spoke to a representative and sent a mail stating the entire order is to be cancelled and to refund the order in full. I only received the refund on the one item on 08/12, I once again contacted them and resent the mail for the full order to be refunded and now I am told they already dispatched the rest of the order and I must now wait for the order to get back to the warehouse - so now I am out of pocket for their incompetency.
