One day only and no customer support

<p>I bought 3 airsofas on black Friday and I have only used the one.</p> <p>Used it for the first time last week and the seam is starting to separate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed and got a response that I'll be contacted later that day, still waiting.</p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed a second time, no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to have my airsofa replaced please as I don't think after one use it should be tearing.</p>
