One Day Never!!

I ordered an item on the 23rd of April and have yet to receive my item. I contacted the call centre via e-mail and they advised it would be delivered last week friday or early this week. This is already outside of the period One Day only guarentees delivery. The consultant, Nick sent me the tracking number of the package but when tracked it shown no scans. I then took it upon myself to contact the courier company to determine wht the hold up was. They too cannot find the parcel as it has not been scanned. They were meant to contact me in 2 hours from friday lunchtime to let me know where the parcel is. That also didnt happen.
