One day deals disappointment

I purchased a combo product from One day deals on 03 November 2023 as a Christmas gift only to find out on Christmas the fitness watch does not work. I been trying ever since to contact them through their WhatsApp channel and by the phone number but no replies... I'm highly disappointed in this company and will never recommend them to anyone!!!
