OnDayOnly Terrible After Service

Terrible experience with a purchase that worked for one day. I booked a return, and it is now week 2 waiting for a courier to collect. I live in an Estate and am home all day, so the excuse of no one being at home it not working. The worst is now that no one is replying to my emails anymore. So, what happens now, I sit with an automatic vacuum that doesn't work ??
