OH WELL, IT IS WHAT IT IS TONE!

I received a parcel from them that had been opened. I contacted them immediately and was told in a very OH WELL tone that, NOTHING WAS BROKEN so its fine. I told them I was very unhappy with my first purchase and again got an OH WELL it is what it is tone. ZERO concern for the people who pay their salaries.
