Not value-for-money as it makes out to be

1. The product – not as depicted. They somehow sell you a cheap quality version of an original, then advertise it as a discounted price. In the end, you're actually getting a terrible deal. 2. Service – slow or no customer service response. When you try and return it you only get an automated response and will wait for a verrry long time to the point you might give up and keep the shoddy item to give away as a cheap gift.
