Not shipped, not refunded and 19 days later no feedback or answer

I ordered a leather backpack and paid R1154 to OneDayOnly. This was the 20th of May. It said 10 days, it was for a birthday on the 1st of June. To date it has not even shipped. I have contacted them via their online "contact us" portal 4 times and only received auto responses. I asked two times why it was not yet shipped and twice Ive asked to be refunded and I only get a "be patient" email. I'm appalled at the lack of communication and service I've received and at this stage it is bordering on *****.
