Not recommended

I had a terrible experience. Ordered a Gazebo and when delivered it was very poor quality. Paid R699. Contacted them immediately notifying them of poor quality. There reply was a whole long email quoting the law and that they will gladly refund. However, I was responsible to get the item back to them. The courier company they recommended quoted me R3757. Makes no financial sense to return product. So now I’m stuck with an item Of very poor quality and not a thing I can do about it. Apparently it was very clear in fine print. Needless to say I will never use them again or recommend anyone else to use them either.
