Not happy with the service at all

I am not happy with their after sale service. I bought 3 mirrors and on that they they had a special of getting free delivery when you buy 3 or more items. I did not get that discount on delivery as they said my items were fragile. I understood. I opened one mirror and it was broken. I gifted my sister with another and it too was broken. I contacted the sales person and they gave me a number which am only getting grey ticks from.
