Not efficient and taking long to find details

Under my account the order progress says the order is still being processed and en route to warehouse (no tracking number etc). But under recent orders the status says dispatched and when I click on view my order, the tracking number says its been signed and delivered (on the Fastway Couriers website) which it hasn't, and delivery on the one day only site says pending.

This is not right as each page has a different status on my package.

The signature on the Fastway Couriers website isn't mine and there is no CCTV footage of a delivery at this address. It has taken 2 days to find out from the courier company with no response as yet.
