Not as advertised - Blaming supplier

I have ordered a Weber Portable Braai from OneDayOnly a couple of weeks ago. The video on the advertised pages showed the front/rear inside etc view of the supposed item. This item had a gas attachment.<br> <br> I received an e-mail stating that they are still trying to get the package to me and literately 30 minutes later it gets delivered... The item was a standard braai with no gas attachments. Even the pictures on the website shows the attachment... I took a screenshot.<br> <br> I logged a request on their website stating that I bought this as a present and I need this dealt with A.S.A.P. I received a reply 4 days later stating: <br> <br> \The supplier has give us the below details regarding the unit:<br> This is a charcoal braai so there is no gas connection for this braai.<br> Please let us know if there is anything else that we may assist you with in the interim."<br> <br> I rep**** stating that the item was advertised with the attachment and that they need to look into it as I cannot rely on buying anything from them if they blame the supplier...
