Non service non delivery and lies!

Absolutely shocking experience using one day only for the first time and 100% for the last time. I bought a bed on the twenty seventh of november and was expecting delivery between ten to twenty working days. When I hadn't heard anything after seeing shipped as the status on my order, I contacted 1 day only only and they gave me the contact number for the supplier who makes the bed. I then contacted the supplier only to be met with absolute incompetence and lies from this individual who tells me they have a spreadsheet opened in front of them and can see my order. But they'll be delayed, because the base must still come from KZN, they didn't know my order number, they didn't know the order that I put in, they were actually just making up stories. So I contact 1 day only to tell them that I want them to cancel my order and to refund me and cancel my order. Their website states that if it hasn't hit the road, if it isn't on a courier van to get to you, you can cancel your order and get a refund, I then get an email from Abdul to confirm that my refund will be done and my order has been canceled only to then receive an email the next day from somebody else a team leader to tell me, oh no, but wait, they can't do that because of the specialty of the order, some new lie, same nonsense shocking. I don't actually know what else to say don't use 1 day only whatever you do avoid shopping at OneDayOnly. Never again!!!
