Non existing Customer service

<p>I have bought a few items on onedayonly and have had little problems with them until I actually needed to contact them. </p> <p>I bought a product that broke and I need information on where to go or what to do to fix the unit. I mailed them the first time a month ago, and have mailed them several times since. </p> <p>The only reply I received on all mails is a ref number and a empty promise of being contacted "soonest" </p> <p>Since there is no other means of getting in touch with them I actually do not know what to do anymore. </p> <p>I was a huge fan, look out for deals everyday,but I can't recommend their site to anyone anymore.</p>
