Non-existent customer service from OneDayOnly

Disappointed with the lack of customer service received from OneDayOnly. My first ever order with them went well. The second order went well and was delivered quickly, but the product was defective.

After emailing them with photos of the defective product, I decided to email the supplier of the brand (Russel Hobbs) who also could not assist me.

The OneDayOnly customer service has still not gotten back to me after a full week. I definitely won't be spending any more of my money there.
