Non-existent Customer Service

I have previously purchased many items from Onedayonly and have never experienced this poor customer service as I am right now. Not sure if their customer service consultants only start work again on the 31st of Jan but for more than a week now, after 4-5 emails, requesting help on a parcel that I could ot take delivery of there has just been silence from their end.

Utterly pathetic.
