Non existent customer care

Pathetic customer care. Three weeks later and no return emails. Just the standard automated replies to my queries. They are quick to sell you an item, but nowhere to be found when you have a query. Never again will I buy anything from OneDayOnly, they have lost me as a customer for life. Sooner or later, their don't care attitude will cost them the rest of their customer base. Unfortunately I can only rate them a one star, and they don't even deserve that...
