Non existant customer service- missing order

I paid for an order 01.05.2020- the order was never delivered to me, the courier liason did not bother to get back to me. I have sent dozens of emails- no response from One Day Only. The customer service is non existant- they don't care about losing one customer- Shocking and disgusting.
