Non existant customer service from ONEDAYDEALS

Tried for the first time to buy online from them. Was sent a whatsapp at the time of payment for a 5% discount as a first time buyer. Paid amount given and waited for my product. Zero customer service. Email doesnt work--only automated messages. Send whatsapp messages to the different numbers over and over again with NO help at all. Eventually I found out that my order wasn't sent was due to short payment. I forwarded the 5%message and got told it wasn't app****--whose fault is that. Totally disgusting service and customer care---got a refund and will never deal with them again. By the way NOT ONE PHONE CALL to sort out query immediatedly.
