Non existant customer service

purchased a laptop on 28th sep. Intiated a return on the 4/9 item was picked up on the 5/9 . Only on the 20/9 after me following up was i told a refund was done to my credit card. Its now well over 5days. Todays the 2/10 still no refund, when you follow up you get told its escalated someone will get back, and so it continues all over again. No resolution non existant customer service would definately recommend people to be wary of this company. Order no ***.i was dealing with Narhan V and Rumi . You have to keep following up as they never do.
