Non delivery of ordet

I ordered 13 bottles of wine from this company a very long time ago. 2 weeks ago I received half the order. There is absolutely no indication as to when I when I will receive the other six bottles or if I will receive a refund for non delivery. They are clearly in breach of the Consumer Protection Act. My only recourse would be to report them to the Consumer Commission. I am bitterly disappointed with their attitude.
