Non delivery of order

<p>Placed order on 9 April 2017, 15 working days later I have heard nothing. Even if you exclude the public holidays, its still 12 working days. Mailed them on Wed 26 April, received standard response promising feedback within hours - nothing. Mailed again today, no response.</p> <p>Appalling service!!!!!</p>
